Settle lodge is within easy walking distance to the middle of the historic market town of Settle with its interesting mix of shops, restaurants and pubs. Built in 1896 by a wealthy quarry owner, this fine Victorain house has commanding views over the town and surrounding fells including Pen-y-ghent in the distance which is one of the Three Peaks in the Yorkshire Dales. Newly refurbished rooms have fully tiled en-suites, quality beds and flat screen digital tvs as standard. We4 pride ourselves in providing great breakfasts using locally sourced quality ingredients.
We have a private car park for guests with transport and we are also within easy walking distance of the train station for those without. Settle Lodge ia an excellent base for people wanting to explore the Yorkshire Dales by car or rail; walk the Three Peaks, travel on the famous Settle - Carlisle railway or simply relax.
