Situated in the bird watchers' and walkers' paradise of the Forest of Bowland, this 16th Century Pennine Longhouse has been converted to include two self catering cottages. The cottages are ideal for guests who wish to have peace and quiet or just 'chill out'.
LAYTHAMS FARMHOUSE can sleep 9. The kitchen and dining room, which also has a pub pool table, are downstairs, whilst the bedrooms and large lounge with open fireplace and grand piano, are upstairs.
LAYTHAMS FARM COTTAGE which adjoins the farmhouse, can sleep 5 and has a kitchen/diner downstairs and bedrooms and lounge upstairs.
Although they are self contained, both cottages can be one accommodation unit sleeping 14 using the upper and lower connecting doors. This configuration is particularly popular with families of different generations as the older members can have their own privacy simply by closing their connecting doors.
